Meeting information, subject matter and speakers are listed under the Education tab of the website. Technical committee meetings are generally held on Sunday and interested parties are welcome to sit in. Anyone wishing to speak must seek approval and available time from the committee chair prior to the actual meeting date.

Technical Committee TC 5.10 Kitchen Ventilation is comprised of a number of industry volunteers who freely give their time to improve understanding of how kitchen exhaust works. There are twelve voting members out of a larger group that are nominated and elected for three year periods. Besides meeting at the semi-annual meetings, many of these volunteers spend a great deal of time throughout the year preparing for speaking events, seminars, code hearings, document preparation and other business connected with CKV.
