CODES – IMC Final Action Items for Discussion on September 28, in Detroit!

The ICC public hearings for the 2005 Final Action Agenda will be Wednesday, September 28, 2005, in Detroit, MI. A number of proposals of vital interest have received public comment. If you wish to be heard, you must be pre-registered and in the audience to make your comments known.

M60-04/05 calls for an interlock with cooking equipment to operate the exhaust fan. It has been approved as additional text in 507.2.1.1. The following public comments have been received by the ICC.
